The Carey Federation’s P.E. and Sport Premium Impact Statement is designed to detail how funding from the government’s Physical Education and Sport Premium has been used to enhance physical education, increase participation in sports, and improve the well-being of students at Ashwater Primary School. The statement will outline how the school allocates the premium to meet the Department for Education’s key objectives and how these actions impact students’ physical activity, skill development, and overall health.
We aim to inspire every child to Aim High, Be Resilient, and Take Care of Each Other through physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth. We believe that sport and physical education are integral to nurturing well-being, happiness, and a lifelong love for being active. Through PE, we aim to foster the values of the Carey Federation puzzle where every piece matters, using our Sports Premium to maximise our staff and pupils’ potential.
